We will send you a message, email, or notification confirming that we have received payment from the buyer and that it has been deposited into our accounts. If you miss the notifications, you can determine this by verifying the balance of your wallet.
As the buyer, you should not instruct us to release the funds to the seller until you have confirmed and secured all credentials associated with the online business or account. Take your time and examine carefully, as we will not be responsible for any complaints that arise after the money has been released
Intasef updates the user wallet immediately we receive funds from the buyer and releases the money to the seller’s wallet immediately the buyer affirms that we can pay the seller.
It will only take a button click for the seller to transfer the funds from the wallet to their M-pesa, PayPal, or bank account. However, the dissemination may also depend on the payment gateways' networks. For example, if M-pesa experiences delays, those delays will be reflected in the M-pesa process

Once Intasef.com has received payment from the buyer, only Intasef support can terminate the transaction. This is only possible if both the buyer and seller notify us that they wish to cancel the transaction.

No, any payment made to Intasef must be utilized [must be in transaction or awaiting approval for a forthcoming or ongoing transaction]; any amount not used for transaction will be allowed a maximum of five business days before a [2%] safe handling fee is assessed.
The server where your credit card details are kept is 128-bit SSL encrypted for maximum security. Your credit card details are encrypted before being delivered over a secure connection to the credit card processing systems.
Intasef implements a number of safeguards to prevent fraud on both ends:
1. The buyer and seller details are screened to ensure a safe and secure transaction.

3. Once we have received and confirmed payment from the buyer, we will notify the seller to proceed with the shipment. The 'goods fund' should be reflected on the seller's wallet before any shipping, service, or credential delivery is performed.
4. Tracking numbers [the transaction numbers] are assigned to each shipment to verify that both the Seller and the Buyer have sent and received the goods.
5. Within the transaction period, while the money are still in our custody, the Buyer has the right to "Reject" and return the product if it is found to be counterfeit. At this point, the seller has to verify and confirm that they have received their goods back before we refund the buyer.
6. In the event of a dispute, we in handy to arbitrate, mediate, and reach a definitive decision based on the transaction contract and the buyer and seller's agreement.
7. After both parties are satisfied with the dispute resolution, the funds will be released.
8. After the transaction is complete, we can still help by providing evidence of the transaction done.

Yes, Intasef will issue a refund to the buyer in the following circumstance.
1. When the transaction is cancelled
2. When the transaction period has ended and no clear indication of goods delivery is done
3. When the products and services received are substandard or counterfeit or not delivered at all.
4. When dispute resolution concludes a refund to the buyer.
The buyer will not be refunded when:
1. The transaction is competed successfully
2. The product and services are received and approved by buyer
3. When the seller does not receive returned goods
4. When the transaction contact does not favor refund
When a buyer obtains an incorrect or substandard product from the seller, they may file a dispute. At this juncture, our dispute resolution team [the support] can arbitrate, mediate, and reach a final decision regarding the buyer's refund. This must also be consistent with the transaction contract signed by the buyer and seller prior to the commencement of the transaction.
Our expertise in conflict resolution will assist you in resolving any transactional dispute that may arise during the purchase or sale of your product. Our team will arbitrate, mediate, and come up with a final resolution that is consistent with the contract filled out by the seller and buyer at the outset of the transaction.
